Testing lab

We give our lightings a test

ORION in-house manufactured products as well as trade goods have to pass through strict electrotechnical checks in the testing lab on site.

Every lighting fixture has to pass the following tests before being finally put on the market:

insulation resistance measurement
puncture strength measurement
thermal check
ground wire check
labelling check
common functional test

A declaration of conformity is issued for each lighting group (especially for protection class 1 and 2).

Moreover, the basis for the individual certification of ORION export products is established.
