ORION lighting began in 1948 and is still a privately- held company in its third generation. ORION employs more than 250 people and has a worldwide network of dealers and partners at its disposal.

Co-operating with architects responsible for industrial and commercial lighting is another line of action besides the production of lighting fixtures.

With job security and no job slashes in Austria as core values it is no surprise that we constantly focus on expansion and quality assurance.

Hence every work step to manufacture our high- quality lighting fixtures has been made in our Viennese plant. Orion lightings are exported to more than 100 different countries.

In 2000 we were even awarded with the „Permit to carry the Austrian national coat of arms in business” for this effort.

Being perfectly aware of this responsibility our name stands for it.
